Account and data deletion
Fastest option
Open Profile → Delete account in the app and confirm. The account, profile, and tracker data are deleted after the server confirms the request.
If you cannot sign in
Send a request from the account email to admin@nezavisimyy.ru. We may request proportionate proof of account ownership.
What is deleted
- profile, avatar, habits, schedules, check-ins, notes, and budget data;
- publications, reactions, challenge participation, push tokens, active sessions, and temporary PDFs;
- related operational data unless a separate legal retention period applies.
Minimum payment and consent evidence may be retained only as required by law or to protect rights. Backups expire on their normal overwrite cycle and are not used to restore a deleted profile to production.
