User Agreement

The user confirms they are at least 18 years old, provides an email address they can access, and is responsible for access to that mailbox. A nickname may be used.

The app helps users track habits, view progress, join challenges, and use a closed community. It does not provide medical, psychological, rehabilitation, financial, or emergency services and is not a substitute for a qualified professional.

Users must not publish another person’s personal data, contact details, medical documents, threats, harassment, illegal material, spam, or dangerous advice. The Operator may moderate and remove such material.

By selecting “Join,” a user chooses a closed challenge and asks that current participants see the user’s nickname and daily states for that goal. A missed day does not end participation or erase successful days. The user may leave from the challenge page.

The account can be deleted in Profile. Support: admin@nezavisimyy.ru. The law of the Russian Federation applies.
